One of the most incredible Art Deco pieces we've ever acquired! Larger-sized oval pendant frames an incredibly detailed crane resting on a three-dimensional carnelian globe. The outer edges of the pendant are accented with marcasites and tiny flowers. The bird's body is also accented with marcasites with a red rhinestone eye. An intricate filigree bail sits atop the pendant. Engraved "Sterling" on the back with the maker's marks. Delicate sterling link chain matches the shininess of the marcasites on the pendant. The chain was found with the pendant but may not be the original chain.
