Late 1970's artisan-made earrings featuring sterling ball beads and beautiful natural turquoise tubular beads with unique matrix patterns. A turquoise matrix refers to the remaining material from the host rock in which the turquoise is embedded and as can be seen in the earrings here, often appears as splotches of lighter color.
